Join a leading outsourcing company specializing in providing top-notch customer/technical support and content moderation services and become an integral part of our team of experts!

Responsibilities:
Screens user-generated content for online platforms including text, images, video, and more;
Reviewing content (videos, image, text and audio) in accordance with the processes and policies;
Verify the intent of the person that made the video;

Requirements:
Fluency in Ukrainian at C1 level or higher.
Communicative proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
Currently residing in Portugal or willing to relocate.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.

Contract Details:
Initial contract duration of 12 months, with the possibility of permanent employment after two years or one contract renewal.
Private health insurance provided after contract signature, in addition to standard insurance.
